Our Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Clients,
As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. Less than 48 hours’ cancellation notice will subject the client to a cancellation fee (this fee varies depending on the service; less than 24-hour notice is subject to payment in full).
If the client has left a deposit to hold a service, the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
